Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am raising money for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.

For my Challenge I will in one day:

1. Run 10 miler carrying 40lbs of kit across various different terrains. (To simulate the Parachute Regiments 10 miler test as best I can)
2. Carry 200lbs up Pen-Y-Fan in the Brecon Beacons, and then back down.
3. Complete 1000 Pull Ups (no kipping)

SSAFA has been providing lifelong support to our Forces and their families since 1885. In 2017, their staff and team of volunteers supported 73,227 people, from World War Two veterans to young men and women who have served in more recent conflicts.For every £1 that you donate to SSAFA, 89p will go directly to help their beneficiaries.
