The Montafon Arlberg Marathon 2022 once again promises top sporting performances including breathtaking mountain scenery. On idyllic forest and alpine paths – far away from any road traffic – the probably most beautiful mountain marathon in western Austria leads for the second time in its 20-year history from St. Anton am Arlberg over the Winterjöchle to the Montafon municipality of Silbertal.

The unique route through the Verwall European Protected Area in the border region between Tyrol and Vorarlberg makes athletes' hearts beat faster. The Montafon Arlberg Marathon is not only an experience for marathon runners. From beginners to hikers, there is the right route for everyone.
